thank you dear friends.

Hey Leslie,

I was looking at your site and saw this article[I Now Pronounce You - Unlabeled].....Bravo! This maybe your best piece. This article gives a glimpse of your soul. Keep shining the investigative light into those dark corners, but it's good to show some soul, too!!

Thanks,

Lee

Because we have such a strong "live to eat" impulse, it is difficult for most humans to understand that over time, continuing education becomes far more important. Why? Because we live in an ecological paradigm that demands, for the sake of our survival, that we constantly adapt to our surroundings, and transcend our illusory perception.

Though many, who wield power for "good and bad" purposes, understand that labels, in and of themselves, has no intrinsic value, they are use to create segregation within the mind as a precursor to control. Of course, this starts with language itself. For language contains all of the "ready made" distinctions of function that gives rise to the prejudices of one's choice. The problem however, is that we live in a poly-dimensional universe. Yet, though the "knowledgeable heirachy" knows better, we educate each succeeding generation to think, and act, as if we live in a two dimesional universe, merely thinking and "knowing" things by their opposites! This is not accidental! It serves a purpose; to contrict the masses from realizing that their collective existence is UNITARY! And that their true worth is intrinsic, rather than extrinsic, notwithstanding any edicts from religious or scientific dogma.

Simply put, labels are traps given to us. However, we maintain these traps by not bravely peeling that "onion that has no center" called truth!

Bravo. You said it the way I would like to. Thank you. Everyone in this world ought to have to be blind for a while. Then they might get it.
